The Industrial Cooperation Authority (ICA) provides comprehensive, customized support to foreign companies and Israeli entities who have signed reciprocal procurement agreements. Working hand in hand with its clients, the ICA coordinates and monitors all activities relating to fulfiment of the buyback commitments of foreign companies in Israel. At the ICA, we promote mutuallybenefiial partnerships that lead to real-world results, enhancing business success and advancing industry. The ICA team sees itself as a partner to both foreign and local interests, assisting all parties to navigate the issues of industrial cooperation, purchasing agreements and other joint ventures, including outsourcing, locating suitable manufacturers and suppliers, and more.

The ‘Invest in Israel’ Investment Promotion Center (IPC) serves as the global ambassador for Israeli innovation and industry. The past two decades have witnessed a hi-tech boom in Israel, and despite its small size and population of just 8 million, Israel holds leading rankings in Global Competitiveness Reports in the areas of innovative capacity, scientific education and R&D expenditure. More than 250 multinational companies have established R&D centers in Israel, close to the heart of “Silicon Wadi”, Israel’s dynamic startup ecosystem. Adopting a pro-active approach, the IPC team identifis suitable strategic partners and establishes direct ties between Israeli companies and foreign corporations, with the assistance of its Trade Missions abroad.
